Pro-Watch – Multi-brand watch service platform

Pro-Watch is a comprehensive watch service platform, unique in Switzerland, recognized and approved by several major watchmaking groups. The company offers an efficient, responsive, and transparent customer service experience, with qualified watchmakers capable of working on all types of timepieces, from recent models to vintage pieces, while offering quality guarantees on every service. 

The project consisted of creating a corporate website to clearly present the range of services offered by Pro-Watch, structure information for different user profiles, and highlight the expertise of the watchmaking team.

The site was designed to reflect both the technical dimension of the business and its customer-centric approach, highlighting Pro-Watch's ability to provide comprehensive services (maintenance, servicing, repair, restoration, polishing, water resistance testing, battery and strap replacement) for timepieces. 

The development was carried out in collaboration with graphic designer Patricia Soler, who was responsible for the visual design and graphic identity of the site. The work was carried out jointly, with particular attention paid to visual hierarchy, content readability, and consistency between design and user experience.

My contribution focused on the technical architecture of the site, custom development, structuring of multilingual content, and integration of visual elements, while ensuring a scalable foundation for future extensions.

The result is a clear, structured, and professional platform that allows Pro-Watch to present its specialized watchmaking services in an accessible way for individuals, collectors, and professionals, and which supports its vision of unique customer service in Switzerland.
