My background
I grew up in South Africa, within a Swiss family, and followed a progressive path towards web development. After an initial education in IT, I completed a first professional experience in the banking sector, where I acquired the foundations of development within demanding and well-structured environments. This stage brought me a technical rigour that still guides my work today.
At the age of 20, I moved to Switzerland. I worked there for several years in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, notably in healthcare and international web. I then co-founded personal projects combining technology, content and business management.
The name Protea Media pays tribute to my South African roots. The protea symbolises resilience and adaptability — qualities that reflect the way I work today, in demanding and varied contexts.
